I checked my sent emails folder and it shows I sent 32 emails on Friday, however, when I run the report on Exchange Reporter Plus, it shows 29. What exactly does it count?
Attached is the a picture of the Exchange Reporter Plus report count and then a list of emails I sent (minus any sensitive information) that shows 32 records.
Also, most of my emails were sent to internal receiptients, yet, it shows that they all went to external.
An explanation of how it counts email would be greatly appreciated.
