Questions regarding Organization

I'm new to using this product right now I am trying to evaluate this product in a test environment.  Is there any documentation on what you to set up a user with to be able to set up an organization?

I keep getting the following Error message


Invalid GC or Credentials. 
Please provide Global Catalog server of the forest to be monitored and privileged credential
