"Unable to bind to rootDSE"

Many of my scans are failing with the statement in the subject line of this post.  I am at a loss for what can cause this.  Let alone how to resolve this.  I see this in the ADMIN tab...Scheduled Task...Scheduled Tasks History. 

A mailbox storage growth report is the example in question.

Any and all insight would be greatly appreciated.
