We have planned to conduct our yearly Disaster Recovery(DR) Drill for Zoho CA(Canada) Service on 21st September 2025 and 28th September 2025 to ensure our DR Readiness in CA Deployment. This will help us support our expanding server far more efficiently.
Below is the schedule for the switch operation
We may expect an average downtime of 2-3 minutes for a service provided no issues during the switch. If you experience any disruption, please feel free to drop us an email at support-cloud@servicedeskplus.com ,and we’ll be quick to help you.
